  • PURCHASE & ORDER

    All prices quoted in EU are inclusive of the 19% VAT applicable. You can determine the cost of the painting on the order page via selection of desired format, technique or printing material. All prices are individually specified in the shopping cart and in the invoice and they will be clearly communicated to you prior to the delivery of your confirmed order.

    Please make sure that the name on your letter box or doorbell is legible. If you cannot receive your parcel at home during the day, you may inform us of an alternative delivery address, e.g. your work address. If the parcel cannot be delivered directly to your hands, a note in your letter box will provide information on where your parcel can be picked up.

  • Payment methods

    Credit card: With the submission of the order, you are sending us your credit card details. After your identification as the legal cardholder, directly after the order, we will ask your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction.

    PayPal: During the ordering process, you will be forwarded to PayPal’s website. In order to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instructions to us.

    Pre-Payment / Bank Transfer: Once your order is registered in our database, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with all the necessary information for your payment. We will start producing your order once we receive the payment.

  • Data Protection

    bgs artMedia e.K. does not sell personal customer data and hands over this data to a third party only when it concerns partner companies involved in service provision. In any case, only such data that is required for the service provision is handed over; payment details e.g. credit card details are never transferred. Personal customer data is handled exclusively in accordance with the strict regulations of the General Data Protection Regulation GDPR. We provide our customers the option to transfer their order and all related data via secured server software (so called Secure Socket Layer – SSL) in an encrypted form.   • Shipping information

    The following delivery terms are applicable for dispatch to Great Britain: Poster & unframed Canvas: Manufacturing and delivery within 4 - 8 working days ✓ Framed canvas prints: Delivery within 7 - 12 working days ✓ Acrylic- and dibond prints: Delivery within 4 - 8 working days ✓ Oil paintings (unframed): Delivery within 14 - 28 working days ✓ Oil paintings (framed): Delivery within 21 - 32 working days For further information please see our Shipping instructions .

  • Return policy

    Right of revocation from this contract solely exists for standard products. Standard products are posters and art prints where sizes and materials are not changeable.

    On Standard products, the bgs artMedia e.K. offers a 14-day return period for undamaged or unaltered merchandise. Each customer can cancel the contract on Standard products within two weeks without giving any reason by (a) informing bgs artMedia e.K. by mail, email, fax or the contact form on the web site and (b) by returning the product, unless the customer is acting as an agent or distributor for others.

    Returns are not accepted on any customised products with changeable size, customised frames or handmade oil paintings, because these products are produced and assembled based on the customer's choices.

  • Shipping Service Provider

    We ship our products from Germany, depending on the package size, by DHL, DPD, UPS or by courier. You will be informed of the shipment number of the respective service provider within the dispatch e-mail. The shipping charges to Great Britain are 5,90 euro for unframed paintings or 9,90 euro for framed paintings and for acrylic and dibond prints. The goods are insured up to 500 EUR at the time of shipping.
