Shipping Service Provider
We ship our products from Germany, depending on the package size, by DHL, DPD, UPS or by courier. You will be informed of the shipment number of the respective service provider within the dispatch e-mail. The shipping charges to Great Britain are 11,90 euro for unframed paintings or 19,90 euro for framed paintings with a size less than 100 cm x 60 cm. Bulky goods with a size exceeding the size of 100 cm x 60 cm are charged with 29,90 euro. All goods are insured up to 500 EUR at the time of shipping.

- ✓ Oil paintings (framed): Delivery within 21 - 32 working days

Handing over
Please make sure that the name on your letter box or doorbell is legible. If you cannot receive your parcel at home during the day, you may inform us of an alternative delivery address, e.g. your work address. If the parcel cannot be delivered directly to your hands, a note in your letter box will provide information on where your parcel can be picked up.
Damages in transit
Please report any obvious transport damage directly to the courier and contact us as soon as possible so that we can assert our claims against the courier or with the transport insurance.
Delivery to NON-EU Countries
Please note, that for the delivery to NON-EU countries which are not part of the VAT area of the EU, taxes and levies may apply to the import of goods. These have to be paid by the recipient as the bgs artMedia e.K. does not assume any import duties. In case of delivery to a Non-EU Country, the invoice amount will be calculated excluding VAT.
